- On-call networking experts that can assist you in configuring and connecting
your computer to the HQ LAN are available.
- Amtelco's Infinity call processing and messaging system for personalized telephone answering and advanced voice mail
capabilities.
- Northern Telecom Meridian telephone PBX. This telephone system has
proved itself worldwide as the most popular and reliable private telephone
switch in the Northern Telecom line of products.
- Highly advanced Nortel and Siemens telephone
sets. These sets operate seamlessly with HQ's telephone system to provide
flexibility and convenience to our clients.
- Consistent with modern networking requirements, Level 5 wiring is required
for data usage as well as for voice. This provides our clients with the
highest available fidelity in voice and data transmission.
- Single-gang outlets in every office comprised of four (4) jacks to
provide for multiple data and voice transmission. This means that HQ clients
are able to connect at least four communications instruments in their office
simultaneously.
